About Studio Regina
Studio Regina is a space where Marian sacred art, Catholic faith, and devotion to the Blessed Virgin Mary meet.
Studio Regina weaves together Marian apparitions, Catholic sacred art, and Marian devotion that gently lead us to Christ. Honoring the Blessed Virgin Mary is not only a devotion, but a way of life. This website was born from my own Marian journey, nurtured through prayer, meditation, and a longing to express the beauty of the Catholic faith through sacred art.
For centuries, Mary has inspired artists, cultures, and communities throughout the Church. Studio Regina seeks to honor that enduring legacy by exploring Marian art, symbolism, history, and spiritual reflection. Through beautiful Sacred artwork and devotional resources, this space supports sacred creative work that is reverent, meaningful, and rooted in tradition.
Whether you come seeking artistic inspiration, Marian artwork, or a deeper understanding of Catholic devotion to Our Lady, you are warmly welcome. May the sacred art and reflections shared here help form hearts in Marian spirituality, awaken devotion, and draw souls closer to Christ.

“Mary is the safest, easiest, shortest, and most perfect way to Jesus.” —St. Louis de Montfort
Founder & Catholic Artist – Mariella Zevallos-Casavilca
Mariella Zevallos-Casavilca is the founder of Studio Regina and a Catholic fine artist. She works primarily in acrylic painting and incorporates photography into her digital collage designs, blending traditional and contemporary expressions of Catholic devotional art. She is also a landscape admirer; her love of nature is reflected in her surreal interpretations of the natural world and its symbolism.
She serves as Director of Communications and Parish Life for a Catholic parish in San Francisco and shares her gifts as a creative artist and artist-in-residence. Her artistic vocation has led her into collaboration with sixteen Marian apparition shrines, deepening her Marian spirituality and shaping her mission to help others encounter the Blessed Virgin Mary through sacred art and devotion.
Mariella is on a prayerful pilgrimage to visit Marian apparition sites around the world. She has visited many sacred shrines, including:
- Our Lady of Guadalupe
- Our Lady of the Pillar
- Our Lady of Fátima
- Our Lady of Lourdes
- Our Lady of the Miraculous Medal
- Our Lady of La Salette
- Our Lady of Pontmain
- Our Lady of Mount Carmel
- Our Lady of Champion
Through prayer at these holy places, Mariella has come to believe that encountering Our Lady transforms the heart. Mary’s maternal presence gently leads souls to her Son, Jesus Christ, opening paths toward heaven with tenderness, beauty, and hope.

MARIELLA ZEVALLOS-CASAVILCA Thank you for visiting StudioRegina. This is a work in progress. I will develop each of the posted subjects taking time to thoughtfully add relevant information about the Blessed Virgin Mary. St. Louis de Montfort said, “Mary is the safest, easiest, shortest, and most perfect way to Jesus.” To Jesus through Mary!
